Embrace is an awareness support network for mental health in Lebanon and the Middle East affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC). Embrace serves Lebanon and neighboring countries and aims to end the stigma and misconceptions surrounding mental illnesses through community dialogue, media, and public education. Embrace also aims at developing funding for the treatment of financially underprivileged individuals suffering from mental illnesses.
